Leave the tank in your car.
Our shop is the only SCUBA shop in the Tri-State area that offers drive up service for air fills. No need to lug your tank inside. We are happy to pass gas inside your car.
Air Fill Steps
- Park in one of the convenient options indicated on the map. Leave your tank(s) in the car.
- Come inside the shop & purchase your air fill (and hopefully lots more gear, you know you want it)
- We will direct you back to our drive up fill station (marked by the tank on the map off the alley in the back of our shop).
- You may either pull your tanks out of the vehicle, or pull the vehicle close and we will fill them where they are.
Make sure to check that your cylinder has current hydro (valid for 5 years) and current visual inspection (valid for a year).

Our repair room is stocked with tons of parts kits & every goofy overpriced tool SCUBA Pro can invent. Our repair technicians attend regular training sessions directly from the manufacturers ensuring when you go deep, it is always safe & enjoyable.

O2 or NITROX Cylinders
Cincy SCUBA uses a blending stick for Nitrox fills so O2 cleaning is not required, however, many dive shops use partial pressure blending requiring Nitrox cylinders to be O2 cleaned.
We recommend all cylinders in use for Nitrox be O2 cleaned.

Service FAQ
Please contact us if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Gear drop off for service: You don't need an appointment. Just stop in during regular hours and any retail staffer can assit you with intake. If you have specific concerns they can be relayed to the technician and the technician will contact you directly.
Air Fills: You don't need an appointment. Any of our retail staff can assist you with an airfill. Double check those hydro and vis dates and head on in. If you need a paintball airfill, we have a great amount of adapters and extensive experieice with multiple fill systems, however, if your unit came with any filling adapters please bring those with you.
Special Gas Fills: You DO need an appointment for Nitrox and beyond. Making an appointment ensures a technician with experieince in partial pressure blending is available for you. It also allows us to ensure we have enough cuFT at an acceptable pressure available onsite. You are always welcome to drop your tank off without an appointment and let us know your blend request and we will fill it and let you know when it is available for pick up.

We have done our best to take care of customers from Cincinnati Diving Center & Cincinnati SCUBA & Aquatics, but the "+plus" program is over 20 years old now & is not a program we are continuing. For the majority of you, "Friends & Family" will save you money as now gear purchased from other vendors can qualify for Friends & Family Pricing as you are loyal customers taking classes, purchasing gear or traveling with us regularly. For the few people who only walk in our shop for discounted service while supporting online vendors or other organizations; dude, buy some gear, we like to eat.
"All" is a word I am really not comfortable with. Our repair room & technicians are second to none & we stock parts from a variety of manufacturers. That said, you would not believe how often someone buys something on eBay from a manufacturer that closed when we were in High School. If you score a DACOR regulator online, like the one used to make the Darth Vader breathing sound, good for you; but we are not fixing it. Put it on display & come in for a new SCUBA Pro model.
